by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). By accessing and using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound
by the Terms as a binding agreement between you and megaskns. Please review them carefully. If you do

The Platform connects users who own virtual and digital items (“Items”) and allows them to trade or
resell these Items using the Steam gaming platform, which is owned by Valve Corporation (US).
Please note that megaskns is not affiliated with Steam or Valve Corporation in any way. Users can
exchange Items with each other or with megasknst, in which case, megaskns will acquire ownership of the
Items sold by the user in exchange for an Item in its possession.

megaskns provides you with a personal, limited license to access and use the Platform and its services, provided you agree to and comply with these Terms. This license is non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive, and revocable. You must be at least 18 years old and a natural person to use megaskns.com. Items can only be held by legal residents of countries where using the Platform's services is allowed. megaskns may reject your purchase or acquisition of Items for any reason or adjust the pricing of Items at its discretion.
Upon creating your user account, you are required to provide accurate and complete information. If there are any doubts about your identity or the accuracy of the information you provided, megaskns has the right to request appropriate proof of identity to establish your identity and prevent fraud. If megaskns suspects any fraudulent or criminal activity, it may suspend transactions, disbursement of the credit balance, transmission of the Items or even suspend your account until the suspicion has been removed. Any attempt to disrupt or interfere with the Platform or any of its services, including manipulating the legitimate operation of the Platform, is considered a violation of megasknst’s policy and may be subject to criminal and civil laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
Note that payments exceeding a certain amount may be subject to KYC protocol. When you sign in to the Platform through Steam, megaskns will only receive your Steam64ID, a unique identifier that can be used to receive information such as your games, items, friends, avatar, and display name from the Steam Web API.
You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login information and passwords. You must keep your login information and password (as well as your Steam Profile and Trade URL) confidential, prevent third parties from accessing your account, and monitor all activities under your account. You are also responsible for ensuring that any actions, offers, purchases, and exchanges you perform on the Platform comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Please be advised that megaskns employees will never send you trade offers requesting Item verification without any items included in the offer. If you receive such an offer or any similar offer or request from someone claiming to be a megaskns staff member through email or any other means, please report it to megaskns support immediately. Moreover, do not add any staff members on Steam for site support as all support and instructions will only be provided through the Platform or via email at [email protected]. Please note that megaskns will not be held liable for any damages resulting from any fraudulent activity conducted by a third party claiming to be a megaskns staff member.
The megaskns wallet does not function as a bank account or a payment instrument. Instead, it serves as a prepaid balance solely for purchasing items that are available on the Platform from time to time. In order to use the megaskns wallet, the following requirements must be met:
megaskns assumes no liability for any losses incurred as a result of using your credit card or any other payment method to purchase items and/or receive credit.
By accessing and using the Website, whether or not you purchase any Products, you agree not to engage in the following activities:
We reserve the right to seek legal recourse and recover damages or compensation under these Terms or as permitted by law.
When you want to purchase any of our Products, select the one you want and pay for it using your preferred payment method. All payments are processed through third-party services, and we do not collect any payment information. We receive a notification only after the payment has been completed.

Products are considered digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium according to Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council. Therefore, you acknowledge and agree that purchasing Products means you forfeit the right of withdrawal, and Products cannot be returned as prescribed in Article 16(m) of the Directive.
If you experience any problems with a Product, please contact us as soon as possible. We offer a 24-hour guarantee for Products that contain errors when uploaded to your Account or are different from the Products you purchased.
Users are allowed to add funds in specific denominations (10, 25, 50 etc.). Once funds are added to megaskns.com, the users may use these funds to purchase in-game items from megaskns.com directly.

If you want to use balance, you just need to select an item from the Skins Market and click the “Buy” button. The required amount of money will be automatically charged off your balance. Before buying items, make sure that you have enough balance.
If you want to add funds to your balance on our site, just click on your current balance and «Add funds» window will pop-up. Then just select the desirable payment method, deposit amount and your credit card details. If everything is right, your money will be added to the balance in a few minutes.
There are no commissions on adding funds to your balance from our side. The payment amount may be higher due to currency conversion at the rate of the payment system.
You can add funds with any currency. During the payment process, your currency will be converted to megaskns.com balance and you can make a payment without any problems.
According to the rules of our site, we can make a refund only if the user didn’t spend any cent of received funds.
